It seems to be completely random, and it'll reset the paper type to letterhead which is the type used for tray one, and it'll ask for that type of paper to be put into tray two. I have no idea what sets it off, it's not at a certain time of day, it's not a regular intervals, and it's not when the computers are restarted. The printer defaults for some odd reason like to reset themselves at random times. So far what I've done is I've gone into the printer properties and disabled tray one, then I went into the printer defaults and set it automatically choose a tray which would always be two since one was disabled and I set the paper type to plain. We don't want to use tray one at all, and only want the printer to print from tray two.
